1. Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• You received the wrong product

• The product is defective or leaking

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened

• The product must be in its original packaging

• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Proper unboxing video proof is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products

• Products returned without original packaging

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• The product will be picked up (if applicable) or you may be asked to ship it to our address.

• After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

• Product name

• Reason for return

• Clear photos and unboxing video (if damaged)
