At Skinyx, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during delivery

You received the wrong product

The product is defective or leaking
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unopened

The product must be in its original packaging

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Proper unboxing video proof is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products

Products returned without original packaging

Products damaged due to misuse

Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

The product will be picked up (if applicable) or you may be asked to ship it to our address.

After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
